Kid Care Services

We offer supervised Kid Care services Monday-Friday. Kid Care is included with all memberships at FemFit Redding. We use a reservation system to ensure that our kiddos have all the space they need to play. Snag a spot for your kiddo by filling out the Kid Care Reservation form.

We recommend Kid Care for mobile (crawling) babies, to around age 5 or 6. Non-Mobile babies are welcome on the gym floor, safely, in a stroller or carseat.
