I am a wife and mom of three in Redding, California. I grew up playing sports all the way through high school and college and coaching a variety of sports teams. After attending college at San Diego State University and earning a bachelor's degree and Masters's Degree in Education, I moved back to Redding to become an elementary school teacher. In my spare time, I became a Crossfit enthusiast and competitive athlete, even competing at the Regional level in the sport which inspired me to earn my Crossfit Level-1 certificate and start coaching others. While weight lifting and training through three pregnancies, I saw and experienced a gap in the fitness industry. I found that there was a lack of information surrounding women-specific training and particularly prenatal and postpartum fitness which inspired me to specialize my coaching FOR women. My main focus and expertise include the prenatal and postpartum athlete and helping women sync their training with their monthly cycle. I also have a huge passion for coaching teen athletes involved in sports. I am a trained expert in guiding women through ALL seasons of life. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Billy, and my three kids Liam (6), Teagan (4), and Rowen (3).

My purpose for coaching and starting FemFit Redding is to educate and empower women through health and fitness. We help women develop confidence and strength both inside and out. Women should be trained differently than men - not less, just different, and that's our specialty!
