FemFit specializes in the pregnant and postpartum athlete by incorporating BIRTHFIT practices into all classes! We also offer the BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series, coached by BIRTHFIT Leader Coach, Mikilah Speer. We focus on healing the diastasis, pelvic floor health, breath, proper core stability and functional strength during the pregnant and postpartum seasons.
